About me
Yu-Lun Huang received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 1995 and 2001, respectively. She has been a member of Phi Tau Phi Society since 1995. She is now an associate professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU). She is currently Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Director of the Center for e-Learning at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU). She served as Secretary-General of the Taiwan Open Course and Education Consortium from 2014 to 2021 and has continued to support the consortium as a consultant since 2021. From 2022 to 2025, she contributed to advancing the second phase of Taiwan’s digital learning initiative under the Ministry of Education (MoE). She is an active advocate of an ongoing project for the Taiwan MoE to expand the global reach of Taiwan’s digital courses.
