About me
Dr. Diana Daly has authored open educational resources including Humans R Social Media and Decoding Deception, and a scholar in information science focused on literacies in new media technologies including artificial intelligence, and on information trust, misinformation, and information polarization. As a researcher deploying qualitative analysis and a pedagogical leader at the University of Arizona College of Information Science, she uses dynamic teaching strategies including culturally responsive curriculum and open educational practices to interrogate, teach, and create resources around computing and media technologies. She also serves on the Board of Directors and heads the Women’s Coalition for the iSchools consortium. Dr. Daly’s recent work focuses on the integration of critical literacies in artificial intelligence in higher education institutions internationally.
