Tonny Menglun Kuo, Ph.D. is Assistant Professor in the Interdisciplinary Program of Management and Technology (IPMT) at the College of Management and Technology, National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. He concurrently serves as Division Director of Learning Support and Research Planning at NTHU's Center for Teaching and Learning Development, where he has led the institution's digital learning strategy, MOOC platform development, and AI integration initiatives since 2022.Dr. Kuo holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Service Marketing and Management and a minor in Business Analytics (NTHU, 2021), a Master's degree in Learning Sciences with a focus on Learning Technologies and Human-Computer Interaction (NTHU, 2016), and a Bachelor's degree in English Instruction and TESOL (NTHU, 2014). His interdisciplinary research spans MOOC learner engagement, online academic resilience, and technology-enhanced learning, with publications in leading SSCI journals including The Internet and Higher Education and Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management.He has presented at OE Global 2023 and 2024, and has led NTHU's international MOOC outreach across Asia and beyond. He was also a principal contributor to NTHU's institutional guidelines for generative AI integration in university education.
