About me
Kelly Smith is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Eastern Kentucky University Libraries where she directs library assessment, reporting activities, and policy development, and co-leads the Libraries’ open education program with Bailey Lake. She is currently working on an EdD in Educational Leadership with a research focus on the impact of institutional textbook policies on faculty materials selection and student learning outcomes.
