Monique Belair is a Program Administrator for Educational Technology and Open Education with the Washington State Board for Community & Technical Colleges (SBCTC). She is currently managing her second U.S. Department of Education grant for the Washington Open ProfTech Project. Monique has served in a support role to Dr. Chae’s open policy work since 2012. Her background includes project management in educational technology and higher education administration.
