Master’s in EducationIn 2016, Marja led a five-year national flagship project. This was a collaboration among 17 Dutch bachelor’s programs in Nursing, aimed at creating a community centered on the open sharing and collaborative development of educational resources. Following that five-year initiative, Marja conducted research to identify the lessons learned from that flagship project. After ensuring the sustainability of that project, Marja developed a 12-year change management strategy for HAN University of Applied Sciences in 2022. Starting in 2023, Marja will serve as the project manager for this initiative. The HAN approach was nominated for an OE Global award last year .
