About me
Kate Baca is a Policy Analyst with The Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education. Her work spans research and supporting Open Educational Resources and student success in post-secondary across the WICHE region. In her work at WICHE, she collaborates with a community of OER practitioners to support OER best practices and the scaling of OER across states and institutions. She has worked in public education, both K-12 and higher education, for 12 years developing research practice partnerships to strengthen student-centered policies.
