I am the Founder and Principal at
Sebesta Education Consulting LLC. I support projects across the country focused on OER, ZTC degrees, Artificial Intelligence, Accessibility, and online learning, most recently for WCET, the California Community Colleges, Foothill-De Anza Community College District, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB), and the Florida Virtual Campus. Prior to consulting I was Vice President, ISKME Labs, and Executive Director of the Digital Higher Education Consortium of Texas. I also served in a variety of roles at the THECB, including as Director of Innovation. I served as past President of the Executive Council of CCCOER and was a board member for the Open Education conference. Before shifting my career focus to the broader landscape of policy and practice in innovation and digital education, I enjoyed a fifteen-year career as a university professor and administrator. I am based in Austin, Texas.
