About me
Economist, academic, and researcher with extensive experience in public policy, development, and higher education in Paraguay. He has held senior positions in government and academia and has led multiple initiatives aimed at strengthening human capital and institutional capacity. He currently leads the Work-Study Programme, which integrates students into applied research and policy-oriented projects, promoting experiential learning and the development of practical skills alongside academic training.
