About me
Hardi Vanir is a product leader passionate about building technology at the intersection of AI and social impact. At MIT Sloan, I am conducting AI research on communication and empathy, leading mentorship initiatives as VP of Sloan Women in Management, and pursuing a certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Previously, I launched high-impact products at Capital One, driving customer engagement through data-driven strategy, rapid experimentation, and human-centered design.Beyond my work, I support education empowerment as a Lead Strategy Advisor at Bandar and Bhaaloo, helping scale initiatives that fund high school education for girls in India.
