About me
Hao-Yi Chen, Ph.D., is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Research Center for Higher Education Resources for Openness at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. Dr. Chen’s work focuses on open education, learning analytics, course design, and online learner support. With an interdisciplinary background in organizational psychology, human resource development, and education, she brings a theory-informed and human-centered perspective to digital learning research. She has published in SSCI-indexed journals and brings strong quantitative and interdisciplinary expertise to the study of digital learning. Her recent studies examine learner readiness, course design, and enrollment behavior on a large-scale open online learning platform, with particular attention to how learning data can inform more effective and equitable open education practices.
