Ginelle Baskin is an Open Education Librarian at Middle Tennessee State University, where she leads initiatives focused on textbook affordability, open educational resources (OER), and Zero Textbook Cost (ZTC) courses. She works with faculty, departments, and campus partners to support the adoption, adaptation, and creation of OER and to reduce financial barriers for students.
