Gabija Skučaitė is an entrepreneur, education leader, and founder with over three decades of experience in building and transforming educational institutions. She is the co-founder and Chancellor of SMK College of Applied Sciences and the owner and Chancellor of Kazimiero Simonavičius University in Lithuania.As the founder and President of Synergetica Educational Group, she leads a growing international network of institutions committed to innovative, future-oriented, and human-centered education. Her work focuses on aligning education systems with rapid technological and societal change, fostering creativity, openness, and meaningful learning experiences.Gabija is also President of the Confederation of Lithuanian Non-State Education, where she contributes to strengthening collaboration, quality, and accessibility across the education sector. Alongside her academic leadership, she has developed multiple ventures in areas such as wellness, innovation, and creative industries.
