Dr. Eyal Rabin is a leading researcher in artificial intelligence and education at the Institute for Applied AI Research in Education, Israel’s Ministry of Education, and a lecturer at the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT). His work focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence, learning analytics, and data-informed pedagogy to support personalized learning and evidence-based educational policy.Rabin’s research examines how AI tools reshape teaching, learning, and assessment practices across school and higher education systems. He has contributed to the development of national frameworks for AI competencies for teachers and students and has been involved in large-scale educational initiatives exploring the responsible and effective use of generative AI in classrooms.His work also promotes the development and adoption of Open Educational Resources (OER) as part of broader efforts to expand equitable access to knowledge and support innovative teaching practices.Through research-practice partnerships with schools, policymakers, and international organizations, his work aims to bridge academic research and real-world educational innovation.
