Eglė Celiešienė is an expert in digital education, social innovation, and democratic participation, working at the intersection of education, technology, and European policy. She serves as Chairwoman of the Board of the NGO Confederation for Children in Lithuania and the Lithuanian College of Democracy, a civic think tank advancing democracy, education, and social innovation.At the European level, she contributes to several policy and expert communities. She is an Ambassador for Cedefop and the European Digital Skills Certificate, and has been a member of a European Commission expert group on supportive learning environments and well-being in education.Her work focuses on integrating artificial intelligence, ethics, and critical thinking into education systems, with an emphasis on openness, inclusion, and active citizenship.
