About me
Céline is Vice-President of the Association of Digital Vice-Presidents for Higher Education and Research (VP-Num) in France and she is also the Executive Vice-President for Digital Strategy and Artificial Intelligence at University of Picardie Jules Verne. She is an associate professor of computer science and a member of the Modeling, Information and Systems (MIS) laboratory. Her research belongs to Technology-Enhanced Learning Environments. Since 2026, she coordinates with Luc Massou the 2 measures for OER and open education in the French national strategy of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Space.
