About me
Cheryl Bailey, MLIS, MA, is an Instruction and Systems Librarian whose work centers on equitable access to higher education, particularly for neurodiverse students. She earned her MLIS from San José State University and her MA from California State University, Long Beach, and is currently completing the first year of her Juris Doctorate. Her professional interests focus on keeping the library grounded in instruction, inclusive design, and student-centered systems that support inquiry, discovery, and belonging. She is committed to helping ensure that academic libraries remain welcoming, inclusive spaces where all students can learn, explore, and thrive.
