Ashley Montenegro Ramirez is a project manager in open education and workforce development. She manages and supports the development of open textbooks for Washington’s community and technical colleges, with a focus on accessibility, quality assurance, and collaborative project management. Her background includes grant-funded programs and higher education administration. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration to further strengthen her leadership, budgeting, and strategic management skills.
