About me
Andi Adkins Pogue is a faculty librarian and the OER/ZTC Coordinator at Cosumnes River College who has spent 16 years supporting equitable access to learning. She has been instrumental in building one of California's most active ZTC programs. She has authored OER, earned a Creative Commons Certificate for Educators, and presented on OER and ZTC at state and national conferences since 2021. Her perspective bridges library practice, open pedagogy, and equity-centered institutional change.
